Behold the berserk cluelessness of “Baby Got Book,” a super lame, not in the least funny or clever, Christian rap ditty set to the tune of Sir Mix-A-Lot’s “Baby Got Back.”

Isn’t that special?

Oh,

COME

ON!

This is FUNNY. “Even white preachers can’t deny?” “Me so holy?”

Listen, man - I’m an atheist and even I can see the humor in this. By saying “Behold the berserk cluelessness of “Baby Got Book,” a super lame, not in the least funny or clever,” you reveal your own puny prejudices. Loosen up!

i agree with previous comment. while i don’t agree with the message of the video, i wouldn’t slam the makers for their creative effort. it’s better than 90% of the other lame white christian raps that have been done over the years (which isn’t saying a whole lot, really, but still…).

now i wanna see these guys do a xian cover of “hey we want some pussy.”

Also, is it even possible to watch this and NOT think about the original song/video? The intended message here might be “Read the Bible” but the carrier wave for the signal is all about hitting that sweet juicy booty. I think they’re unintentionally provoking an emotional response in viewers by stimulating thoughts (conscious or otherwise) of mad slappin’ dirty sinful sex.

That ol’ Devil is tricky sometimes.

I like ‘em in leather and bound, too, just not in the sense he means.

I think this is hilarious.

WOW. I’m a GIRL and I found this funny. Then again, I haven’t heard the original song so I don’t have any pre conceived notions of the message of the song. I really thought it was hilarious even though I don’t exactly think it’s doctrinally sound. =D Just cause you read the bible doesn’t make you a christian…

But it’s true, its better than normal christian rap even though that’s not saying much. hahaha.
