Have a listen to a track from the truly exceptional new LP by my Hometapes labelmate Shedding, which is the work of a fine gent named Connor Bell. These are some of the finest drone based songs I’ve heard. Layers of harmonium, electronics and vocals coalesce into a haunting, possibly holy whole. Inspirational. The packaging, as always with Hometapes is far, far nicer and higher quality than can be reasonably expected. A true artistic object of love.
