If you happened to read my Boing Boing post on the Trailer Park Boys when I was guest blogging there in the Spring, you know that I loves my Trailer Park Boys and today here in the Dangerous Minds office, we are declaring it a holiday because THE NEW TRAILER PARK BOYS MOVIE WAS RELEASED TODAY.

They say you should never use all caps on the Internet because people think you are shouting, but I AM SHOUTING, DAMN IT, THERE IS A NEW TRAILER PARK BOYS MOVIE OUT TODAY. This marks the “end end” of the Boys as Canada’s greatest comedy franchise finally shuts down for good. I expect they’ll go out on a high note.

The only problem is, the movie is just released in Canada! You Canadian fucks get all the good shit and free health care, too.

Where is the best place to buy a copy of the first film?

Was it ever even released on DVD? I don’t think it was.

Now, how am I gonna see the new film???

I went to an advance screening of this where the boys made an appearance.. And even though I’m not a fan, I have to say that it was well acted, written and directed.

Some of the shots were great. And didn’t have that gross Hollywood Hangover Judd Apatow kind of filming.

It kept me visually interested and was actually a quality comedy movie with lots of little laughs throughout.

And here here! A straight male comedy that doesn’t make being gay an issue at all! I found this to be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less offensive than any of those stupid yo bro Hollywood messes that continually make homophobic jokes. Ultimately, this sequel is really a gay love story.

Someone call GLAAD! This movie deserves an award!

I’m so addicted to this show, I just watched all six seasons in about three days. Seems like we’ll have to wait for the DVD release to see this in the States. Oh well, something to look forward to I guess.

There’s a seventh series also available (comprising of ten episodes). I think it was probably the funniest TPB series to date.

If any of you are real fans youd know that COUNTDOWN TO LIQUOR DAY was released on the 25th of last month(september for you fools) and Stuart Sands that film you linked was THE BIG DIRTY… you guys really are dumb… amerinicans I mean.
